Disability/Adaptive Swimming Education to support Swim Lesson and Swim Team Programs This is your opportunity to be one of the first to earn a Certificate of Training in working with children with challenges in an aquatic setting. This ground-breaking training integrates the latest techniques for working with children enrolled in swim team or lesson programs who have cognitive or physical challenges. Participants can choose the level of training which best suites their need: 1. The Children With ChallengesTM (CWC) Online Educational Course as a stand-alone course for a general introduction to programming for children with challenges, or 2. A more in-depth learning experience through participation in both the CWC online course and CWC Workshop. Note, the CWC online course is a pre-requisite for registration in the CWC Workshop. A CWC certificate does not earn credit toward an academic degree, but it shows you and others that you have the desire to learn and grow your capabilities.

| Spring 2014 The Board of Directors meet on Friday, April 5, 2014 and revised both the By - Laws and Policy and Procedures to reflect current LCS Practices. The board was sent the revision and have until April 25th to pass or reject these revisions. In the effort for transparency, those revision are posted below. The full House of Delegates will vote on these revisions at the Fall Meeting. By-Laws - approved By-Laws at the Spring Meeting - full House of Delegates vote at the Fall LSC Meeting. Policy and Procedures (old Aquatics Guide) t the Board Meeting will be held in Birmingham, BSL Pool, activity room. Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce 1975 Merryvale Road Birmingham, AL 35216
