SANCTION REQUEST FORM FOR MEETS NOT ALREADY ON THE SCHEDULE. MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED TO THE SES OFFICE
The following information is intended to be a template to assist coaches and team representatives in the task of organizing a swim meet. The SES Application for Sanction will provide meet managers with all needed information to complete the sanction process. Please direct all meet sanction request to Southeastern Swimming.
There are three(3) different types of meets that Southeastern Swimming sanctions. Observed and Approved meets must be submitted 10 days before the start of the meet. These forms must be sent to the SWIMS Chairperson. Meet Invitation example below.
Observed - Form A -- Form B these meet are $125 per request.
Approved Fill IN Form this type of meet is $125 per request.
These forms must be submitted and accepted by the LSC NTV Official prior to submission to Program Operations for approval,
